  • 1 cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 6-10 oz. (depending on preferred consistency) brewed green tea

  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. organic almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed

This hormone is known for promoting satiety and regulating blood glucose; both of which support an individual’s capacity to lose weight.”
