A creamy, fruity summer popsicle made with HUM’s Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster: 10g of prebiotic fiber, digestive enzymes, and natural green tea energy in every pop.

Debloating never looked so good.

how to make popsicles

We’re holding onto summer with a serious grip, but we’re saying goodbye to bloat while we do it, and increasing our GLP-1 levels by eating popsicles poolside. Want to join us? We thought so! With the recent release of our newest peach iced tea flavor, we’ve created an oh-so-delicious summer treat free of guilt and full of goodness. Let us know what you think! Post photos of your HUM GLP-1-rich peach popsicles on socials and tag us!

The Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 scoops Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster, Peach Iced Tea

• 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced (or frozen)

• 1 cups unsweetened coconut milk (from carton)

• 0.5 cups brewed green tea, cooled

• 0.3 cups plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

• 1 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

• 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

• 1 pinch of sea salt

STEPS

1. Brew and cool the tea: Brew 0.5 cups of brewed green tea, cooled and let it cool completely to room temperature. This is the base of your peach iced tea flavor; don’t skip it.

2. Blend everything: Add 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced (or frozen), 1 cups unsweetened coconut milk (from carton), the cooled 0.5 cups brewed green tea, cooled, 0.3 cups plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess), 1 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste), 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and 1 pinch of sea salt to a blender. Add 2 scoops of Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster, Peach Iced Tea last. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.

3. Taste and adjust: Taste the mixture. Add a little more honey if you want more sweetness, or a squeeze of lemon if you want more brightness. The peach flavor should be front and center.

4. Fill and freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 4–6 hours or overnight.

5. Unmold and serve: To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10–15 seconds. Pull gently on the sticks and serve immediately — or wrap individually in parchment and store in a zip-lock bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

NOTES

**Hero ingredient:** HUM Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster in Peach Iced Tea delivers 10g of clinically tested prebiotic fiber shown to double GLP-1 satiety hormone levels after one use, plus 18 digestive enzymes and 100mg of natural caffeine from green tea extract. Taking it in popsicle form counts, and it’s a delicious way to sneak in your daily dose.

**Make it dairy-free:** Skip the Greek yogurt and use full-fat coconut milk for an extra creamy texture.

**Make it extra peachy:** Swap the brewed green tea for peach nectar (look for no-sugar-added) for an amplified fruit flavor.

**Molds:** Standard 3 oz popsicle molds work perfectly. No molds? Use paper cups and wooden sticks.

Enjoy!
