To Read And Remember During A Bad Day

Sometimes you just need a “pick me up” when you are struggling, something to remind you that it will all be okay. While it might not solve your problem, I hope this gives you a small piece of comfort during the bad moments. So please, remember these words when you are having a bad day.

Everyone has bad days. It’s completely normal. You’ll go through days where you think you have everything under control and you’ll go through days where you have no idea what you’re doing. Don’t let one bad day get you down. Self-doubt is toxic and it doesn’t get you anywhere. It does nothing but hinders your progress.

It won’t last forever. Really try to focus on the fact that this is temporary.

This is just one day, and tomorrow you have a chance to make it all better. Tomorrow will be another opportunity to overcome these struggles and make your situation better. And the truth is, you will make your situation better because you are strong and incredibly capable.

You have felt other things. You will feel other things again. Emotions change and shift.

At your lowest point, remember that you are still here. And that is everything.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. You are doing your best.

Your feelings are valid.

It’s okay to cry when you need to.

It’s okay to be upset and frustrated.

Just remember how beautiful your soul is. How truly important you are. Remember that you make a difference in the people around you.  That you are and always be more than enough.

You might be struggling today, but remember that there are better days ahead. Even the toughest days have only 24 hours.

It will be okay.

I’m proud of you. And so grateful that you exist ❤️
