High Protein Strawberry Mojito Jelly

Treat yourself to a strawberry Mojito flavored jelly, a light and refreshing way to get some extra protein in! Just like the taste of the classic mojito but without the calories and no added sugar, a guilt free treat to finish off your evening meal. Using the Clear Diet Whey Protein , each serving is  packed with essential vitamins and BCAAs as well as has less than 70 calories. 

Serves: 4 Servings 

Nutrition per Jelly :  40Kcal

Ingredients: 

½ scoop Strawberry Mojito Clear Diet Whey Protein

4 gelatin sheets

500ml water

1 tbsp. honey

Juice of ½ a lemon

Mint leaves & strawberries to garnish (optional)

 

                                                                     

Method:

  1. In a pan add the gelatin sheets and water and heat over a low heat to gently dissolve the gelatin, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once dissolved, take off the heat and allow to cool completely.
  3. Add the Strawberry Mojito Clear Diet Whey Protein, the lemon juice, honey and whisk until combined. Whisk well.
  4. Pour evenly into 4 jelly dessert glasses, place slices of strawberries on top and set in the fridge for at least 5 hours.

To serve garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves

Tips:

  • If you are going for vegan version, you can use agar instead.
  • Use either gelatin sheets or powdered gelatin.
  • Be careful when making the jelly and check the packed with instructions as your gelatin: water ration might differ.
